Deidre Rochelle Gaston is the Founder and CEO of Our House for Veterans, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering veterans through access to compensation resources, housing support, education, and personal development. A U.S. Army veteran and certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Deidre brings firsthand experience and a deep commitment to service in both military and civilian life.

With a background in logistics, customer service, and executive administration, she has worked with a wide range of populations—including underserved youth, incarcerated families, and college interns—through her leadership roles at organizations like ImPowered Minds and the National Incarceration Association. Deidre is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Public Assistance,continuing her mission to uplift communities through strategic planning, mentorship, and faith-led service.
